  1. Hello to the forum members, for about two to three weeks I have been experiencing disconnections on a daily basis in connection with Bezeq International (100 MB infrastructure and provider package). My router is VR600 V2. From the technical support I was first told to do a wiret for the router. It didn't help even after I replaced the filter and cables, a technician was called in, who found errors on some card in Bezeq's closet. A Bezeq technician was called in, said he had changed a ticket, came to the house, looked around a bit and said "OK" and left. The disconnections continued. I put back the old router (W9970), did not help, the disconnections continue. The router blog is simply written DSL LINK DOWN. In the last conversation with the support I was suddenly told that it could very well be that it is still not the line but a problem of simultaneous connection of the same user, and when that happens there is a disconnection ?? The guy at this point suggested that I be asked to change my username, which I did not want to do because then I would also have to change my email address, which is a headache. In the meantime, only the password has been changed ... I do not know what to think of the whole thing, did anyone have a similar story or have any suggestions? Thanks.
  2. thanks for the answers. I tend to go for the 5800, need to refine the SSD and memories a bit more, there may be more successful ones than I chose before, what's more I no longer know exactly if the cooling for the 212 BE processor will suffice in the end or it is better to take something more meaty. Now, I do not know if this is the right place to ask, but still ask: it seems that most of you here have bought a key to the operating system separately: did you perform the activation during installation, after it and online, or even on the phone?
  3. Well, now the 5800X makes an eye on me ... The case I took comes with two front fans. In the specs I assembled I took another 120 for venting from the rear, but you should also add one up, also for venting, right?
  4. This lovable guy was terribly frightened by the temperatures he got with the 5800, no matter what cooling means he tried. Even with 90C I was not quiet ...
  5. It does not heat up a bit much, the 5800X? 212 BE enough to cool it? And it's a bit overkill for my needs, on the face of it ... As for the SSD, the S50 is PCI4, not that I'll see what a difference it makes, but it gives a bit of a taste and it's not expensive either ...
  6. Yes I got cheaper than I thought, what to do ... You can always add more memory, and eventually buy the operating system in the store, Bull will come out. Feel free to fill in the blanks or correct the defect ...
  7. Hello to the forum members, my I5 2500K and P8Z68 PRO bought in 2012 are still working fine, but maybe it's time to replace, rather than wait another two years for the new platform. I bought a year ago GTX 1660 SUPER to bring back some color to the cheeks of the very old computer, I will keep this card for now ... My screen is 2K, DELL U2719D. 1. What is the maximum budget? Is there an exception if necessary? Around 5000 (without screen saver), it is possible to exceed. 2. What useful computer (games, graphic editing, office work, HD content, for example), is there a specific example of a game or software? General uses, office work as it were, editing RAW files in CAPTURE ONE and Photoshop, some video editing and here and there music, mainly interested in stability and reliability over time, not interested in saving at all costs a few shekels because a good, fast and reliable computer has become essential. By the way, not a gamer, but I also want to be able to play games on reasonable terms, if I am intrigued ... 3. Is there a need for peripherals in addition to the computer (for example: keyboard, mouse, speakers and screen)? No. 4. Is there a basic component that does not need to be included in the specification? (For example, an SSD drive that already exists and can be attached for assembly) As stated, a video card. 5. How important is silent computer operation? Not really important. 6. Is there a limit or preference for the physical size and weight of the computer, lights, etc.? No, standard ATX would be fine. 7. Is there a need to include an OS / Office (preferably a preferred version) and / or a computer in the store? I bought the current computer with M.H., but maybe this time I will try to buy a key on sites like KINGUIN etc and install it myself ... That the store will assemble the computer. 8. Is there a preference to purchase the computer from a specific store? If you can not specify a residential area. I live in Jerusalem, the specification below is from TMS. 9. When is the purchase of the computer planned (it is highly recommended to request a short specification from the time of purchase)? Soon. 10. Are there any special requests regarding ports and connections (e.g. USB Type-C or FireWire) or overclocking? Listening to music and still burning discs, so I chose a case with a quality optical drive that I will transfer from the current computer. 11. Is there any peripherals that will be connected? If so, what? (Docking station if laptops / one screen or another) 12. Additional notes, extended detail and miscellaneous: In addition to NVME I will also connect at least one HDD and SSD. THATS ALL. Below is a specification I assembled in TMS, opinions and comments will be gladly accepted, thanks. 8. The specs you mentioned remind me of what I intend to buy in the near future, without looking to save at any cost: it is possible but to go down to the motherboard for the B550, then you have at a relatively reasonable price the Gigabyte B550 AORUS PRO I will buy it because it does not fall short of the most prestigious motherboards , With an excellent sound card chip and 6 sata connections I need. As for the SSD, if you want PCI 4.0, and basically why not, if already, take it: XPG GAMMIX S50 Lite PCIe Gen4x4 M.2 2280 673 NIS for 1t
  9. I do not stop playing with the settings ... by the way, also with the settings of the video card, which in any restart of the computer for some reason are canceled ... well, I lowered the brightness to 17 and personal choice of RGB. Better. Maybe you also need to get used to the size and resolution: the truth is that although the difference between 24 and 27 on paper is not that significant, in practice it does look much larger, mainly because of the sharp edges of the screen. Maybe in the end I will not throw it away ... it seems to be an IPS type PLS Specifications The monitor uses a 27 ”Samsung PLS (Plane to Line Switching) IPS type panel with a 60Hz refresh rate and support for true 8-bit color. A 5ms gray to gray response time is specified, but as usual you should not put too much weight on this figure. Some of the key 'talking points' of the monitor have been highlighted in blue below.
  10. Hello, I purchased the above screen a few days ago, to replace the excellent U2412M I had so far and incidentally still working flawlessly. Compared to the 24 the quality of the 27 looks very poor: there is light leakage, not critical and under normal conditions almost not noticeable, But the thing that bothers me the most, is some kind of brightness of the screen that causes a quick visual fatigue, for me anyway. If you look at a black screen from the side, it generally gets an almost light gray hue, which is not in my previous DELL, changed the cover, or I do not I know what, but it does not look good. I thought at first it was IPS, so I bought it quietly, but it turns out that it is actually "PLS", and maybe this is the main difference? Do the owners of this screen have a similar impression? In short, seriously considering throwing it out the window And buy other ...
  11. Thanks. And do you think there will be any problem in running GTX1660S on an 8 year old motherboard, P8Z68-V (with I5 2500K)?
  12. Hello, To breathe some life into an outdated system, I have meanwhile decided to upgrade a video card. I have an ANTEC HIGH CURRENT GAMER 520W supplier with two 6 + 2 connectors for video cards, with only 6 currently in use. Probably want to buy a GTX1660 SUPER with an 8-pin connector slot (which I hope will work with the good old ASUS P8Z68-V). Now, as is well known, 6 + 2 = 8 ... I mean, on the face of it, you can just push the other 1 and 8 to connect the card (6X2), and that's the end of it ... or not ?? Thanks for your answers ...
