  1. To open the discussion, I would point out that every company / service / store can have scams. I understand that it is frustrating and most of all it sucks when it happens especially if you can't get a good response at that moment. I am sure that if you contact Cyril he will work to solve your problem and also try to change the initial experience that was not successful. I have been buying at TMS for a number of years and have referred them to quite a few people who have had a good purchase and service experience. This year, they waited with their Black Friday promotions for Friday itself (unlike the other stores that had already released deals earlier this week) and this probably created a lot of pressure in the store. I called to order some components for a new computer and came up with complex expectations (for such a big sales day): 1. I applied for an email invoice that Friday (or at least no later than Sunday) because I wanted to sign up for the Asus 2 cashback promotion. I asked to get the serial number of the board as soon as possible (again for the ASUS operation) 3. As the 2 components I chose were a price difference compared to another store, I asked to compare price (service that TMS can depend on the reliability of the alternative) Kirill answered the phone and even though I heard the rush and pressure he really tried to help and came back to me after work hours on Friday and handled all issues. Although for a price comparison they need time to check the corresponding price, gave me a discount on the spot so as not to delay my order. I received an invoice from him that day already. On Sunday an order was already sent and on Monday I was home. After he telephoned me all the other communications we did in the email to my complete satisfaction. Conclusions for TMS in any case from the case of the discussion opener - it is worthwhile to clean up components that are out of stock (there are some) and perhaps to put in better inventory monitoring such as the Ivory or Casp website.
