New computer for basic video editing up to about 5500
Ofir Tabibian Responded to a discussion of Ofir Tabibian B- Consulting before buying a computer
Hi and if I still go for Intel and not AMD: * Instead of the AMD processor you mentioned, is it possible to take the Intel Core i7 10700 2.9Ghz 16MB Cache s1200 for example? * Can the following motherboard be satisfactory? Asus TUF GAMING H470-PRO (WIFI) LGA1200, Intel H470, DDR4, 2xPCI-E, HDMI, DP * For memory - is it possible to make do with HyperX Predator RGB 2x8GB DDR4 2933MHz? -
1. What is the maximum budget? Is an exception possible if necessary? 5500. Exceeding up to 500 only. 2. What is the use of the computer (games, graphic editing, office work, HD content for example), there is a specific example of a game or software? I am interested in getting to know the world of video editing in an amateurish and basic way through ADOBE PREMIERE. Will not be used for gaming. 3. Is there a need for peripherals (for example: keyboard, mouse, speakers and screen)? No. 4. Is there a basic component that does not need to be included in the specification? (For example an SSD drive that already exists and can be attached for assembly) No. 5. How important is the quiet operation of the computer? Desirable and important (no need for liquid cooling) but fan and quiet and high-quality enclosures ma

Hi I would love to help forum members: I am thinking of purchasing a new desktop computer that will replace the current one. The computer will not be used for gaming but I would like it to be powerful enough to allow me to start learning video editing (ADOBE PREMIER etc) - I am not talking about intensive work in any way but about basic editing and familiarity with the field (also, I would like the computer not "suffocate" "In showing 4K movies) .. My working assumption that the main components of the specs should be an Intel I5 processor at least + 16GB DDR4 3000 MHz memory + SSD drive + dedicated video card. Therefore, I have a number of questions that pertain to the key components of the specification: 1. Do you think there is a possibility of a thicket

I would love to help you - I have a stationary purchased in 2011 with the following specifications: Core I5-2500 3.3GHZ 8 GB memory 1333 GB (4 * 2) was previously installed on a dedicated video card card. Nowadays if running 4k movies the computer is actually unable to run them without stuttering. Assuming that's the only thing I want to do is a GT 1030 video card suffice? (No need for gaming, etc.). Be aware that you do not know that 4k movies need a dedicated screen.

Hi I have a pretty old computer with its first i5 processor (PC bought in 2011) and 8GB memory at 1333 DDR3 speed. In the existing state the computer is unable to run 4K quality movies - do you think relatively simple video cards combined with the existing hardware will suffice? For example: Asus GT710 Silent 1GB GDDR5 Gigabyte GT730 2GB DDR3NVIDIA 1030 Gigabyte GT 1030 Low Pofile 2GB GDDR5 What do you think? The computer will not be used for gaming or video editing.
