  1. Thank you for the clarification. So this is basically a limited time game rental service. Something like a blockbuster for games. Again I say - I prefer my games to be mine, and mine. Neither temporarily nor dependent on the benefits of customer software and subscription payment.
  2. Lol .. it's better for casual players, and requires a fast and reliable internet connection in both directions. Personally, I prefer the game to sit with me and not depend on the service that rises and falls on a network connection and server maintenance somewhere.
  3. If this is important, then you can go for NVIDIA SHIELD - a device that is approved by NETFLIX
  4. In my opinion one of the best devices today is the MINIX U22-XJ it does not have BT 5.0. But this is actually a really less relevant function. You can find it in Chinese devices but these are very unreliable and have almost no updates or support. In terms of format support - it supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision and more. Overall works great.
  7. Better Sennheiser, or AUDIO TECHNICA. Much much better quality in both sound and build quality.
  8. I have these and they are completely round:
  9. I still recommend you try to stop. It is not impossible that the power supply is not regular in more than one apartment .. but if not, I would try with a branded supplier (a reputable company) with a power of at least 600-700 watts. Pretty much any reputable manufacturer (Corsair, Sisonic, Colermaster) will be just fine.
  10. Do you have an interrupt, or an option to ask one? If the problem is with an irregular power supply it can cause such effects even without having problems with the hardware components. Therefore, do not stop will solve such problems.
  11. I do not understand Intel. Are they waiting for something? AMD is already eating them a very respectable share of sales ...
  12. 16Gb is 2GB and not 1GB and there are quite a few spelling mistakes in the article, but it is definitely interesting.
  13. In my opinion, in the current gloomy economic reality, these prices will not hold water, because people just will not buy .. and without buyers for games, they will not buy consoles either. So what will happen is that consoles will be sold in bundle with games, and new games will not sell well until their prices are cut with no choice
  14. I found on eBay. High quality steel videoecu devices. Will hold properly.
  15. Another consideration you should keep in mind: a stationary computer, because it was not designed for shaking (yes, not even a minimalist chassis like you want) is prone to disasters. Memories can be disconnected, fans can be released, and once one component is released inside the case it may make names on your computer. On the other hand, even the cheapest laptop (and you can get laptops with better specifications of your own for less than NIS 1000 second hand) is built in a way that will survive shaking, as long as you store it in a reasonably padded bag. If you need a larger screen, there are laptops with a 17-inch screen. And a stationary computer that comes with you broken to the destination will pretty much disable you quickly. By the way, how will you start your nomadic life now from a red country like Israel, without flights and with an impending closure?
  16. The reason this is not possible is that the speakers used are tiny, and are usually manufactured for the specific model. Beyond that, any speaker you could get (assuming it would fit in terms of volume and power requirements) would give you very similar performance. You can get something like this, or a similar soundbar that can be put on the screen from above:
  17. On laptops, especially the newer editions, there just isn’t much room to put in quality speakers. Even if you pay attention, the battery is also weak and built-in to allow a gaming laptop that does not weigh too much. However, there are gaming computers that pay less attention to weight and mobility and you can find a higher quality and more powerful sound in them. In the meantime, I recommend you buy a speaker (or pair of speakers) in Bluetooth and connect to a computer to get a louder, higher quality sound.
  18. Update: I decided to purchase a Mrantz receiver over the popular Danone (X3600H) model. The reason is that I read about more and more problems with Danon's receivers. Not necessarily problems that disable the device, but harm the user experience and show unreliability over time. Mertz is a similar (more expensive) and more reliable option. Of course I would have preferred a step up such as Anthem or Integra, or NAD, but it is no longer on a budget.
  19. I purchased new speakers in a Infinity Primus P142 box for use as ceiling atmospheric speakers (attached to the ceiling with devices): Does anyone have a recommendation for ceiling hanging devices for this Infinity model? It has a Threaded insert. I need to find CEILING MOUNT BRACKET at an affordable price for them.
  20. Yesterday I purchased two more speakers with the intention of being used as ceiling ceiling speakers: the model is Infinity Primus P142. A slightly old model, but Infiniti is a quality brand and I got them new in a box at a great price. I said "on purpose" because I was considering using the two Warpdale rear speakers as the ceiling speakers, and putting those on a back shelf in their place. Both because of weight, and also because of quality. what do you think? I would also love recommendations on mounting brackets that will be suitable for installation on a ceiling (concrete, not a raft ceiling). Something that will fit these speakers, and can carry a weight of up to 4-5 pounds and is adjustable. Now only receiver is missing .. Thanks!
  21. It's a pretty old model of folk audio. It has two drivers on each side (it does not "shoot" forward), and is designed to serve as a surround speaker on walls. Do you think it is possible or even desirable to use them as Atmos speakers in system 5.1.2? There they will form the 2 at the end that are designed for height effects. Thanks.
  22. Here is a 400GB card: and here is a 256GB card:
  23. Hmmm .. did you buy an express owner? You basically said it all. It is best to buy memory cards from other channels, and preferably with lots of buyers' testimonials including photos and quick and reliable checks. (You can run a test of writing a full read of the card and there are those who do and also advertise) - You can usually find such on Amazon. I came across quite a few fake memory cards at Chinese sales sites. Also have express owners (though truth less) but mostly on sites like BANGOOD, GEARBEST, or GEEKBUYING. This is also a sticker card from a Chinese manufacturer. I do not put these on the phone (they can be used on other devices that do not require a speed and reliability threshold like a phone), but a quality and reputable manufacturer like Samsung, or SanDisk is better for the phone.
  24. So that's it, they're still in cartons right now and will stay there for at least a few months. The goal is to assemble an Atmos system (eventually 5.1.2) for the new apartment we will move into. A small living room, so you have to think about everything and every location. In the end I probably will not go for Danon because I read about quite a few issues with their receivers. Lots of rehearsals. Instead, I'll probably spend a little more and buy a rant. Optimally I would go for something like ARCAM, ANTHEM or NAD, but they are at different price levels, and even then it will be 7.2 instead of 9.2 that I can get with Mantz level devices. And Mrantz are still cheaper than Yamaha, or Sony devices at the same level. In the Mrantz I will probably go for the SR6014, unless the new SR6015 will not be expensive at unreal levels. As far as Wardale's sound is concerned, I've already heard from the seller, and he's totally turned around.
  25. After a lot of waiting and testing, and while staying within budget, I purchased the Wharfedale Crystal 4.3 5.0 speaker system - that is, two standing speakers, two off-the-shelf speakers, and a center speaker. I purchased them almost new from someone who wants to upgrade to more awesome speakers. What is missing now for completion is: a receiver (probably Marantz SR6014), and a subwoofer (aiming to buy one from Wharfedale as well. 10 inches)
