Hello everyone and good morning,

I am interested in being the ambassador of a state In another country. I have a few things I did not understand I'd be happy to help :).

1) What should I study at university? international relationship?

2) What is the ambassador's salary?

Thanks in advance to everyone.

There are different people who learned different things and did different things in life before they became ambassadors. Sorry, but the question is pretty stupid.

Naturally, if you want a career as a diplomat, getting into programs like these is a kind of start. It does not promise anything, it just means that you will have some possibility of entering a diplomatic career.

Studying international relations at the university is something I do not recommend doing anyway. I doubt anyone is an ambassador because he learned it.

Why do not you recommend learning international relativity? It will also give me skills in this field.

A degree does not give you skills, a degree provides education. The only skills he needs to enjoy are learning skills - and I doubt how much degree in international relations will buy it for you.

No one graduated and became a skilled diplomat. There is no connection and no need to be.

I do not recommend learning it because ... what the hell are you learning in this title? This is a sterile title. You learn something real that will give you more basic tools.

By the way, if you want to be a diplomat or politician, the main importance is your "fieldwork." You have to be a social activist, to be a member of the Student Union, to engage in demonstrations, volunteerism, and other such nonsense. Education is relatively marginal in terms of these fields.

I do not understand anything, I know that when you want to be a politician you really need people to vote for you, but since when do those people vote for diplomats? According to what I remember there is a special committee that decides whether I can be a diplomat or not.

You have more than 3 years until you can do something about it then as they say when you get to the bridge will cross it. Besides the first reaction you received here directs you to the state program.
