Is a company that decides to discontinue the process to explain why?

Or they can simply say, "We decided to stop the process with you." Without elaborating why.

When a company seeks a candidate for a position and the position is open to the general public, it can not discriminate against people on the basis of race, religion, gender or political affiliation?

And can a company say I do not fit the team ... Personally fit or something?

Yes.

If you have not gotten to the company yet, then Practical, Yes.

She can say a thousand and one reasons why not, obviously the reason does not have to be real,

But you'll prove it's the situation.

The company does not have to hire you, just as you can say, I saw, thank you very much, does not suit me.

It is precisely in the Ministry of Employment that there are explanations of what is forbidden. Let's say if a company does not give adults an opportunity because "our society has only young people" it is discrimination.

When a company opens a role to the general public it can not discriminate against anything it wants. A company that employs employees is not equivalent to inviting your friends to a private party. Just as a club is not allowed to ban the entry of a particular religion or sector.
