Need help with old OC processor

Hello everyone,

I have the following specifications:

 i5-3570K (with Scythe Mugen 2)

Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H

Corsair XMS3 CMX8GX3M2A1600C9  4 GB -1333 X2

AMD R9 280X 3GB

Power Supply ENERMAX 680W (some do not remember exactly)

To this day I am with OC for a very old processor that holds up nicely (4.2GHz).

I thought to try and bounce it some more maybe towards 4.5 if possible and here I need the help of experts.

I enclose here Screen from the boss because I think there are unnecessary or no effect settings that can prevent me from a good OC.

What would you change by the pictures?

Please help,

And thanks in advance.
