I put a new thermal ointment and if you change the fan there is something

Recommended Posts

I have an i5 4460 processor and an rx460 screen I have a simple processor fan of The current fan is 3 years old but a great worker cleaned the ribs yesterday And the wings dust and I put a new donated ointment. I use real temp and for some reason the processor reaches 70 degrees I play simple games like cs 1.6 and I convert video in HandBrake The processor reaches 100 degrees I do not know why it happens the fan turns very fast and very cold at home I do not turn on heating at all in winter. What I did to fix this is go into advanced power options and then to Processor power management and limit the Maximum Processor State to 50% then the CPU temperature at c.s 1.6 dropped to 60 degrees and in HandBrake to 50 degrees. The computer works fine that the processor is about 50% I do not use heavy. My question is if I buy Arctic Alpine 11 Pro Rev.2 it will make a change I will be able to work on a 100% processor at normal temperatures? Or maybe I will buy thermal pads from Alibaba? I'm looking for the cheapest solution to play cs 1.6 in a 100% processor without reaching high temps it's all.
