I use a laptop . 10 HOME I'm going to have a nasty, slow mess.
I decided to format and reinstall. I downloaded a MediaCreationTool1903 file on the site .
And I created a CD installation CD Windows HOME 10 new version 1903. First thing I did backups important study material.
I put in a burner Installation CD 10 and installation completed.
Then I connected And suddenly we will open a window that says "Get the most out of Windows" I read everything.
I don't understand what it does. What is this post, how to cancel not returning this post? Without interrupting me in my studies.
In the window below, I clicked "Skip for now" and it's gone. But that will not really go away in the future.
What should I do to not always come back to this message again?

Thanks in advance!

By the way: I did security updates Full. And now Works well and fast
