I got to play with one of their other models from the same series not this specific model and the case has a button that switches between several lighting modes. The connection that appears in your image is used for those who want something more sophisticated than this like software control or synchronization with the colors on the motherboard and the like.

Can you explain, how to take advantage of this?

To take advantage of this you need to buy an RGB controller to connect it to it and need it Suitable for connecting the controller to it. Usually with the motherboard or sometimes with the controller comes software that allows you to control it. If you are planning to buy cattle It might be more lucrative to buy a more expensive case that already includes the cattle than to buy cattle separately.
