Hello everyone I have a board ASUS PRIME Z370-A and connected to LEDs on USB that I am operation Turn off the windows The computer shuts down but the LEDs continue to work I was told to run an option called BIP in the BIOS I enabled after it I turned off the computer The LEDs also turned off but if I want to turn on the computer it does not turn on at all to solve it?
