If everything goes to great lengths, this power supply may fall or lose a lot of performance under pressure if you imagine you have the highest quality 750W power supply available today

Only combining these video cards with maximum effort can reach 500W without adding the extra components to the system. 

I would consider purchasing a power supply rated 1000W or more in this situation, at least so that he could breathe effortlessly.
