Stability problems after connecting to fiber optics

Recommended Posts

I connected to the optical fiber of .

Two days after the fast connection became slow. Also in quality (series and conversations Became fragmented, etc.),

And in speed testing I get very low speeds.

Occasionally when I test the speed it does penetrate the 400, but in most cases it ranges from 40 at best to 2 at worst.

Happens on both lines and wifi.

Cellcom brought in a technician who did a speed test and decided that "everything is fine."

What do you think can cause a problem?

What made it all right, based on what he decided?

If you get a speed which is at best 10% percent of what you should get then probably something is wrong.

Keep calling and ask for a technician to fix the problem.

Because when he was the speed was fine ... when he went after an hour or so it was down again ...

This technician says to wait for more uncomfortable hours and hours for someone to know what he is doing ..

That's why I'm already trying to figure out what the problem is and see maybe it can be solved alone
