Restore folders from a deleted system file

Recommended Posts

Hello to all the experts, I downloaded win10 to an external drive. I then realized that it actually created an Image (which was the intent ...) but on the whole drive.
From a drive of about 480 GB saw only 32 GB.

I deleted all the data from the drive, i.e. what 32GB. I then deleted through the "disk management" the 32 GB operating system and see there a 480 GB drive but it can not be accessed without booting.

Easeus scanned the drive and showed me the folders but to recover it had to be purchased ($ 70), does anyone know of a software that can do this in a similar way? Not to view files (it's loads of recoverable files) but folders, I only need to recover some. I would love a recommendation for a convenient recovery software.

There is the recuva that has a free version.

Not sure if it shows by folders but worth a try.

It fails to access a drive without a file system, in RAW mode, which just about all other programs only succeed in that they are not really free for any volume of recovery.

I came across this software Puran File Recovery which is very basic but its advantage is that it goes directly to the disk and recovers unlimited files (unlike almost all programs that have a free version up to 1 GB). Right now I're all back one by one (270GB ...).

It also has the option to restore according to a particular file structure and give all the folders according to the original tree, maybe this will work and I will update.
Thank you.
