If we refer to the purely performance jump, without the price differences between 3080 and 2080TI, I expected a slightly higher jump in performance.

But the huge innovation is that it is now possible to buy a more powerful ticket than the 2080 TI for almost half the price, which is a huge achievement in itself.

Speaking of a general roadmap at one of the events of For their next move? Next generation \ 30 XX SUPER \ Minimize etc?

Attractive in this price range? I think you'm right.

But it's pretty sure they'll have a competing product for the 3070, or one that will go in between the 3070 and 3080.

Of course at the same price level.

If NV want, and it seems that is the case, they can price the 3060 of sorts and down in a very aggressive way. I expect a worthy replacement for the 970 GTX to come out in terms of cost / benefit.

Assume that Will be able to present an "advantage" on the subject of memory. More / double For the same price level. Of course it is useless other than marketing but do not think they will have much more than that to build on. The power consumption may also be in their favor this time, NV did not account for the electricity bill this time.

The truth is, a little disappointing ..

The great news here is indeed the price relative to the previous generation ..

But in terms of performance..the connection between what Jensen said according to 2 performances in relation to 2080 just does not exist..more between 40-60% .. but with about the same jump in the level of electricity that he devours ..

If you reduce its power consumption..then we are left with about the same thing..so where is the technological progress reflected?

Also on the subject of RT there is no significant line or jump..where is it and where are the rumors about RT performance of 3 or 4 times ..

Marketing matters. If you search you will find where what he said takes place.

Of course there are very many other cases where the improvement is not as good as presented.

He simply presented the best case, not the average.

You will be surprised to find out, but when RTX and DLSS are turned on together, the performance is hardly compromised, (at least in the CONTROL game which is what we tested) and surprisingly it applies to any resolution:
