Ahlan, friends.

Bezeq provider
infrastructure international
Tp link vr400 modem router
The computer and TV are connected by cable 6 (not that it matters)

I get on both lines and stable 50-55 wifi throughout the day, Bezeq claim that this is the proximity to their communication box, the farther you are the less you will get.

Is it possible to increase what I get?
And will I pay for a suppose package of 200 MB even then I will only get 50? And if I pay for a 50 MB package will I have a stable 50 or will I get 20-30?

Thank you.flowers.gif

Hey

In this situation, of distancing oneself from Bezeq's coordinator

(This is true, distance affects speed),

Like you said, even if you pay for a 500MB package,

You will only get 50 because that is the quality of your current infrastructure.

So, either go down to a 50 MB package, because that's the actual situation,

Or connect to Hot or fiber optics if applicable.

  • 2 weeks later ...

In reality, if the apartment is already wired to Bezeq, the providers have information on how much the infrastructure can provide, they will not connect you to 200 if the infrastructure supports 40 (otherwise you will insist on just paying)

If the apartment is not wired when you hire a technician from For installation, it connects to an external building / apartment and checks the speed of the infrastructure.

There is no way to just pay for 100 \ 200 and get 40 at the infrastructure level and not know about it before.

Hear a story:

I was in the same situation, and due to a problem connecting to EA's servers, I hired a nice, serious technician from . He spent half a day here, checked wiring, went to its exchanges.

Finished - we did a speed test, I see 100 megabytes and do not believe, because until then I surfed at 60 and was always told that I was limited by the infrastructure.

I asked him how it could be - his answer was that they (Bezeq) were lazy.
