Will a PCI-E 4.0-supported video card fit on a motherboard? Does the Gigabyte ZX68 support 3.0?

Recommended Posts

Well recently my computer started beeping (long beep and two short beeps. The bios I have is Award. It does not want to turn on even though it has a public address sometimes and it turns on and beeps after a while. So it's time to replace). I currently want to buy the GTX 6870 but it supports version 1650 compared to the motherboard on a computer that only supports 4.0 (as mentioned ZX3.0 with version 68). I'm afraid to buy because the computer is old (from 3.0) and the system I currently have is 7 And I'm afraid the video card will not support ...

Am I afraid for free or can I buy wholeheartedly?

Thank you in advance for the help. Have a good evening :)

The card fits.

It is standard with backward compatibility.

I have a tray i3 processor I think and 4GB (I do not But plays occasionally. I am aware of the fact of a bottleneck but at the time the games ran relatively fast and smooth) and anyway after we get through the period I will replace the computer to a more advanced one. Will it still fit (my power output now is a 520 or 620 modular Sisonic Bronze)?

I bought the GTX 1650S for a slightly newer computer than your own (from 2012) and it does not work, offering you a peek there before you buy.

Your CPU sounds similar to mine. Unfortunately I do not have a budget for a new computer and what am I with 7. Could it be that he will not support 7?

From what I understand from the posts you tried to load the card and make it Or play on old hardware .. this is exactly the reason why I will not play with a new video card on old hardware (i3 is nothing for a 1650super video card for playing today ....) unless the power supply is not strong enough either. By the way my current video card requires 500 and I have a power supply of 520 (the previous power was 650 watts) and despite everything worked great until a few days ago he started beeping .... I have the problem that I am in a risk group which means going to ksp can throw me into isolation and I really Interested (I was in a situation like this it is not only unpleasant but stressful on psychic levels ...). What do you think of them (even though I bought from them the computer that works well to this day without any glitches except the power supply and video card I bought from Velcom in general and which worked great until it started having problems a few days ago ....)?

I really did not try to do anything, it collapses with a minimal load of simple benchmark tests. I also have a power supply of 500. I also have an I5 processor and the glitch is recurring.
What do I think about KSP? They do not allow to talk to the branches, only with the technical support and they contact the branch if necessary, which is quite annoying. Beyond that? They gave me a great service, I came with the first card, checked it in the lab, it was found to be defective, so they replaced me with a new card, also checked it and it came out fine.

By the way, I'm on too 7. It should support, if you want to wait a few days I will send the computer to the lab and replace what I need I can update you if it works on 7

I will wait with no choice .... except for the video card everything is fine (I checked the memories .. and the CPU. Everything is fine).
