I saw advertising in the news On a site that gives deals towards the end of the year, of Office bundles

So I purchased through this site, in the bundle of Office 365 Pro upon receipt 10 Pro Gift (Activation Key)

 

They emailed me the key to the Windows 10 Pro and wrote me that it was possible to upgrade from another version or install a clean install.

I currently have it installed on my computer Windows 10 Home, when I put the key I had purchased in the activation wizard, ostensibly to upgrade to Peru, I received an error message:

 

The product key you entered did not work. Check the product key and try again, or enter a different one. (0xc004f050)

 

 

When I turned to support from the company I had suddenly acquired they changed their minds and the representative there wrote to me that I must do an installation of Pro to enter the activation code. And this is a regret, because as my job as a computer technician, I upgraded full of computers from hum to Peru, I did not have to do a reinstall.

 

As for Office 365, they wrote me instructions that I need to log in to a Microsoft site with a username and password they created, meaning (as I understand it) that the appointment of Office 365 will not be in my name. And from what I understand, 365 connects to the user's private Microsoft account. I have a Microsoft account and I want the office I bought from them to be in my name. 

 

I continued to correspond there with their support representative and she kept repeating that this is what it is, and that if I want I can get a refund from them. 

On the one hand I want everything to work properly (update to Win 10 pro without installing a clean install but from Home and that Office 365 will connect to my Microsoft account) but on the other hand if they can not provide me with such a service then obviously I will get a refund from them.

 

Would appreciate help.
