I bought a camera From the above at $ 15, and I used VLC to try how the quality ...

And the photography is really fragmented, a long delay really not successful.

 

I wanted to ask: Is this how it is with all the cheap cameras? [Not the matter of the quality of the photography but a matter that is very fragmented and cannot be used] Or not?

And if so, which Give me a smooth use of it? I need it for minimal use in ZOOM.
