Old enough power supply for 3060TI?

Probably renewable on the 3060TI card and I have a power supply CX430M, is it supposed to be enough for him?

This is the data:

+3.3V@20A, +5V@20A, +12V@32A, -12V@0.8A, +5VSB@3A

1 x 24-Pin main connector
1 x 8-Pin EPS12V CPU
1 x PCI-E

I understand this is a card that requires only one PCIE connection.

In terms of connections the card only needs one 8Pin, but there is no chance that the system will be stable because the video card alone can get a peak of 400 + W which will probably bounce the OCP of the power supply if it is working properly.
Can you install Windows with it? Most likely, you will be able to play heavy games with it? Probably not and very dependent on the processor as well (a weaker processor will adopt the video card less and therefore will cause stability to increase regardless of the power consumption of the processor itself)

Not going to run heavy games.
Probably going to run in 60% voltage settings, -500, .

So by and large understand that it should work, at most if it is not always possible to replace a supplier as well.

It's a modular supplier, need to see if I even have this 8 pin cable or a place to get one.

400W only for the card? This sounds excessive ... I would have guessed more towards the 250W in the peak, but I may not be up to date. Power consumption has doubled in the last generation?

The amp has very very large peaks, the 3080 surpasses the 700 (for very short periods of time, but that's enough to run the OCP of less powerful vendors).

A little puzzling ...
The whole world at an extreme shortage of 3080, every unit that goes on the shelves disappears in less than a second and your friend not only can get 2 but also at a discounted price ???
Something's wrong with me here ...
Is it possible to also need a 3080 at a discounted price?
