Peace,

In September I bought an ACER NITRO 5 CORE I7 10TH 32GB RAM RTX computer 2070,

I work on it with CAD software

From the beginning I had problems viewing all kinds of software. Attached are screenshots.

I updated - did not help

I restored factory settings - did not help

I turned to the warranty they took it from me for a week they did a stress test for a video card and told me that everything is fine and it is a software problem and they are not taking care of it.
Anyone have an idea what this could be? What exactly am I supposed to do?

Spoiler

I heard there's a way to get your computer back and get your money back, is that real?

Thank you!
