ssd not detected on new laptop

Recommended Posts

I bought a laptop with no .

When I tried to install 10, the computer did not detect the drives on which the windows can be installed (no signed device drivers were found. Make sure the installation media contains the correct drivers)

Even when I checked through the diskpart it found no drives other than USB with the installation of Windows.

I also tried to run chkdsk / f / r and got the following message:

the type of the file system is NTFS. Cannot lock current drive. cannot run disk checking on this volume because it is write protected.

Even in the BIOS the SSD does not appear in the boot menu. It only appears in information.

Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

11th generation processor?

Download RST driver

Deploy the ZIP to USB installation

In the Select where to install window, select LOAD DRIVER and the folder to which you have deployed the driver
