Recommended Posts

Hello friends, I have an Asus computer And I bought a docking station to which I connected two screens with a cable ,

Unable to connect with them to separate screens.

Receives this message:

I do manage to connect to Of the docking station but I connect the screens can not see them.

This is the model of the computer:   https://www.asus.com/Laptops/For-Home/ZenBook/ZenBook-Flip-UX360/

Would appreciate help ?

OK

It seems to me that your docking station is not the most suitable for mobile.

It's a little hard to see what a mobile puts out in the connection. C his,

I.e. what the transfer rate is and what it (the connection) supports in general.

I'll try to find out.

Well, it's a first generation connector, so there's a situation where it's not working properly in front of various docking stations.

I understand thanks so for me there is another option if I want to connect two monitors to the computer?

Yes.

One is of course through the HDMI connection and the other screen through an adapter 3 TB ,

Something like that (not necessarily that) -

https://www.imatrix.co.il/product/מתאם-מusb30-ל-hdmi---כרטיס-מסך-חיצוני-hdmi

Note that as with this adapter there may be a resolution limit for FHD.

In fact, one can first of all just try to get one out of what - And a second screen to try from whatYou have already now.

I tried not working '

Only what is directly connected to the computer works.

What is connected through the docking station does not work unfortunately.

I will buy what you recommended and try.

Hi Jesstt17, thanks for reaching out. We'll be more than happy to assist. Based on your UX360UA your graphics card can only support 1 external monitor via . To connect multiply monitor you will have to get a docking station. Please see the links below for the docking stations:
https://www.asus.com/Docks/ASUS-USB3-0-HZ-3B-Docking-Station/
https://www.asus.com/us/Docks/ASUS_USB30_HZ3_Docking_Station/
https://www.asus.com/us/Laptops-Accessory/ASUS_USB30_HZ3A_Docking_Station/

Obviously, these are the safest options for them to operate two screens.
