How to make a standalone EXE file from a program I wrote? (FE in react and BE in java)

Hey,

I have a project (like a game), where the client side is written in react and the server in java

To run I use yarn start to FE and run the server in parallel.

Now I want to "export" the project, that I can send people an exe or script file (or any other file) and be able to run the project.

Would appreciate help :)

Thank you!

You used web technologies that are not suitable for packaging as an exe file. If the backend was JavaScript then maybe it would be possible to build an exe file from it using electronjs.

The obvious solution is of course instead of this exe to install it on a server and share its web address to people.

No problem getting a free server for a year.
