Unable to connect cell phone as modem via USB, previously worked.

Recommended Posts

The modem stopped working yesterday and will probably only be repaired next week. I used to connect my computer to the internet with my cell phone by enabling it tethering on the phone but when I try now I fail.

I tried in WIN7 and there appears in management Because the phone is connected and there But it is not possible to surf, I checked the properties of the connection and it does not allow ipv6 ALT, what is it? The same phenomenon also appears in WIN10

I tried my wife's phone and it also says that it is connected to the network, at least with it I was able to connect to an email but not to any website. We have changed cellular provider since the last time and today we are with , I tried to call for support in the morning and so far have not returned to me ...
