I have sudden computer restarts / I have blue screens, what can I do to solve the problem?

An explanation and solutions that can help solve the problem of blue screens:

Blue screens can be caused by a multitude of things, from software problems to hardware problems.

I will now mention the reasons for the blue screens -

● Damaged / Generic Power Supply - Defective power supplies or unstable circuitry can be the cause of blue screens.

● Various software conflicts - We recommend that you remove all your drivers and install the latest drivers,

Because they are a fairly common cause of blue screens.

● Swollen capacitors / liquids - swollen capacitors also cause blue screens, although this is a rather rare factor (but still requires testing)

Those interested in knowing what are swollen capacitors / fluids, can see the following pictures and see what it looks like:

capblown_10.jpg

● Incorrect system files.

● Uncoordinated / damaged memory or, alternatively, a damaged slot with a stick on it - This memory problem is very common on blue screens, so check out all the memory sticks you have and the slots themselves, there is the MemTest86 software.

A detailed explanation of the download and use of the software is provided below (written by Wh1t3).

● High heat of the processor / video card / board - also can cause blue screens, check with monitoring software or software manufacturer.

● Bios update - If no solution has helped, consider updating the BIOS. There are cases where only a bios update can help solve the problem.

It is important to note that updating BIOS is very risky Same properly!

If you are interested in doing bios update, but do not know how to do this - read theComplete Guide to the BIOS update.

Analyze blue screens (read their content):

When the system crashes, a log is created with certain technical data to indicate the problem.

The Log actually spreads its information about the Minidump files that are located in the system directory.

To get to this folder in the shortest way, just go to Start / Start, enter the Run ...

And enter the following code in the operating line so that the folder with the Minidump files opens to you:

% systemroot% \ minidump

To read the contents of the files you will need to download WinDbg:

Download 32 Bit Software

Download 64 Bit Software

In addition to the software, it is necessary to use a package of Symbols, which have the necessary information to analyze the dump files.

The icon pack is recommended to be downloaded to your computer for faster reading, Click here for the package download page.

Downloading the package is not necessary because later you will see that it can be used online from the server But reading will be slower.

Open the program and follow the instructions (note that the 1 + 2 sections are for initial use only).

1. Click File and Symbol File Path or Ctrl + S

2. In the window you are supposed to load the icons into the software, if you have posted them to a folder on your computer, click Browse and choose the folder of icons.

If you want to work with the icons directly from the network, write down in the window:

SRV * c: \ websymbols * [url] http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols [/ url]

3. To load the dump files, click File and Open Crash Dump or Ctrl + D

In the window that opens, you will load the Dump files from your computer (they are in C: \ WINDOWS \ minidump)

It is recommended to arrange in the "Details" view to see when each file is created and who is relevant to you.

4. Reading the information from the dummy file you opened:

The basic thing you should pay attention to in this data window is the line likely caused by (probably caused by ...)

Here's a sample image:

minidumpxy1.jpg

For more details and more in depth, touch the command line below:

! analyze -v

The files / reasons that appear in the line are probably caused by:

If you see that the crash was caused by the win32k.sys file (as shown in the above picture) then you will know that the problem is probably a problem .

Usually when you have Such as win32k.sys, ntoskrnl.exe, etc., the problem is caused indirectly by a particular driver on your computer, or a file from a program that caused it. It is therefore impossible to know clearly what the problem is when a system file appears In error, what you should do is remove all the hardware drivers that you have on your computer and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's site of that hardware.

It's important to mention - always make sure you install a driver that matches the exact hardware component / operating system you have.

If you see something like the following in the line: Probably caused by: memory_corruption, You can understand that the problem is in your memories / salots.

What needs to be done is to download the software for testing MemTest86, and check your memories (a detailed explanation of the software later in the stiki, written by Wh1t3).

A general explanation of the files that can appear to you in "Probably caused by:

If, for example, you see the file: nv4_disp.dll as the cause of the error and you do not know what the file says, just go to Google and register the file name exactly,

After you run the Google search and you get information about the file, you can locate the source of the problem (in this case, the file above belongs to your video card , And what needs to be done is remove For example, if available, remove the existing driver and install the latest driver again).

If this is a file related to your sound card, you will remove the sound card driver and install the latest driver, and if that does not help, cancel the sound card through the BIOS.

If the file shown in the dump belongs to the software you installed, first remove it to make sure it caused the problem, the next step is up to you, whether to look for a replacement or hope that a newer version will work correctly.

updating:

If you see blue screens, but you do not create Minidump files, which are usually caused by incorrect settings when it comes to writing events in system logs, check the error number or file that appears at the bottom of the blue screen.

Finding the cause of hardware malfunctions (order operations / tests are usually recommended hardware malfunctions)

1. The computer does not turn on (Note that this is not the operating system) It is important that you perform these basic tests:

* If the computer sounds beeps, they can be deciphered These links.

* If this is a new computer that has not been activated yet or the computer has been upgraded, make sure that the motherboard supports all the components that are installed on it,

It is important to verify which version of BIOS is added to your hardware support, if you have an older version then of course update the version you want.

* Have external check for the visual integrity of the hardware, negate possibilities of short / contact of the motherboard-with electrical conductive parts, Liquid / swollen capacitors and so'...

* If problems arise when turning on the computer (Refuses to turn on and no display, turn off the light at the time of power on or turn on and off several times on his own):

It is recommended to disconnect the power supply and press the power button several times to discharge the capacitors,

If no help is given Operate the vendor separately from the system To ensure its proper functioning.

* Resetting the BIOS (returning the settings to the default) will eliminate failures caused by incorrect setting and / or .

The reset will be done by moving the jumper connection, its position and working mode changes from board to board, so it is important to read the booklet or explanation on the manufacturer's website.

The BIOS can also be reset by unplugging the power supply and removing the battery for about 5 \ 10 minutes.

For those who do not know which spoken:

89185590qy3.jpg

2. If the computer turns on but does not work properly and there is a suspicion of a physical injury:

* When the system performs resets, it is very important to check the temperature of all hardware components,

Usually software like EVEREST will be reliable and detailed enough but of course the software manufacturer and testing Bius will be a more reliable source.

If the Rasterates are executed from the operating system, it will be very useful Analyze MINIDUMP files,

If the registry indicates a problematic driver / application, it must be uninstalled completely and if necessary, install the most recent version.

* If the computer turns on but does not continue on the bot process, you should go through the BIOS settings

Or restore to the default settings (when the computer is turned on it is easiest to do it through the BIOS itself).

* When there are distortions and disturbances in the display, it is recommended to first check the screen card by special software (such as rthdribl).

* In any case, general hardware malfunctions can result from faulty / unstable memory to ensure proper operation Run the MEMTEST software For 6 hours.

* Failures, error messages, blue screens, freeze-in Or at the time the system mounts, can also result from a hard disk crash,

To check its propriety Run the MHDD software Until it is over.

* If the operating system is operating properly most of the time (several hours) but sometimes some failures,

You should adopt the system to the maximum, make sure it is not the one that "breaks" - do it with the PRIME95 \ S&M software (Windows software).

3. Running the computer in a minimal array to eliminate hardware problems is not necessary

(Even when the system does not turn on and also when the system turns on but does not work properly):

* Connection only Power Supply + Motherboard + Processor + Stick (If you have more than one, you can connect each time) + screen (if there is no built-in panel).

* It is recommended to disconnect and reconnect the above components, to rule out the possibility that one of them is not properly connected / out of place,

Note all electrical connections required for the motherboard and some video cards.

* No Connect the discs, extra cables, expansion cards, and accessories , The rear panel will be connected only to a keyboard + mouse (in PS \ 2) + screen + power.

If, after restarting, the problem stops, you will begin to connect an element component until you reach my problem.

If the problem persists, you'll need to start replacing one of the components I mentioned earlier to see which causes the problem.

Good luck.

Resolve screen interruptions

This post will list some common issues with different screens.

A flickering screen, painful in the eyes, causes headaches,:

Assuming the screen does not sleep is very, And has no problems of radiation or things in this style (and then the solution is only to replace screen ...), the above problems are caused mainly as a result of low or inadequate refresh rate of the screen.

What is a refresh rate?

Overall, a refresh rate is the rate at which the screen loads the information that comes from the video card. Rhythm, or frequency, is measured in units of Hertz, or Hz. Frequency is actually a number of operations (cycles) per second:

f = 1 / t

(f = frequency; t = time).

You can find a refresh rate on any display device - from computer screens to TVs. The higher the refresh frequency, the faster the screen is updated (more times per second).

And how does this all relate to the problems mentioned?

First of all, a slow refresh rate can cause the eye to absorb the transitions between an image and an image on the screen (when the screen refreshes the display). This causes a "jitter" situation - when you see that the image on the screen is "shaking" a bit. It also bothers the eye, and can also cause eye aches and a real head. In general, as the screen is updated more slowly, the eye needs to work harder to capture the image from the screen. However, a fast refresh rate creates a smoother image (there is less chance that the eye will absorb the image changes), and the eyes strain less.

So how do you change a refresh rate?

Open Display Settings:

Way I - Right button on an empty space on the desktop >> Properties

Way II - In Control Panel (via "My Computer" or "Start") >> Display Settings

In the window that opens, go to the Settings tab and click Advanced. In this window, go to the Monitor tab, and open the following screen:

display1.PNG

First, mark V in the square Hide modes that this monitor can not display (marked in red 1).

Then go to the scroll menu marked in red and select the highest refresh rate (2 markup).

Why the highest? Because in this case, the more the better ... the result will be a more smooth and pleasing view to the eye.

This! We've set up a faster refresh rate, and we're ready for a more pleasant work.

- Note 1: If you do not mark the V in the 1 square, it will be displayed repeatedly which the screen does not support. If you select the screen frequently, it will not display snow for 15 seconds, and will return to its previous state.

Note: Older screens may not support the above function (maximum frequency detection), so you should check in these screens the manual maximum resolution.

Note: On ATI video cards, you may need to change additional settings within the card's advanced settings to change the refresh rate.

Possible problems:

* Problem: I can not change refresh frequency! Where you change (marked with 2) it says I must use default settings.

Cause + Solution: You probably did not install them Up to date. the screen. Must be installed New - from the manufacturer's site or from the disk supplied with the card.

Problem: The screen is not ready to accept the rhythm I set for it, and it displays snow when I choose the highest rate.

Cause + Solution: You chose a rate that the screen does not support at your current resolution. Do not forget to mark V in a square (step 1) - which is the frequency that is not supported.

* Problem: The highest frequency I can choose is low (below 75-80Hz), and I still see jitter.

Cause + Solution: The screen is not capable of working at high frequency at your current resolution. Need to lower the resolution, or alternatively, replace the screen ...: -X

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Disturbances and distortions on the screen:

Most of the interference you will see on the screen results from the effect of electromagnetic radiation from various sources.

Disturbances vary from minor distortions at the edges of the screen to permanent damage to the screen - from non-descending signs and fixed disturbances to the following:

howtomessup.jpg

mefimessed.jpg

Magnetic disturbances have two sources. The most common are Located near the screen and cell phones, but also cordless phones, WiFi or neighborhood transports on the window sill (what? It could be ...: -x) can cause interference.

Explanation of the phenomenon:

The CRT screen runs big according to the following principle: At the back of the screen cathode emits electrons. The electrons are accelerated by an empty tube toward the screen, and magnetic fields are then activated that cause them to reach a certain point on the front glass of the screen, which is coated with special material. All 3 points like these make up a pixel. The electron reaches a certain energy to a certain point, and accordingly changes the color of the pixel. When you combine the effect of all the pixels, an image is created.

Various magnetic disturbances alter the path of the electron and affect its properties, creating distortions in the image.

Speakers are powered by fairly strong magnets, and if the isolation of the speakers and / or the screen is not very good, they can cause interference if they are placed near the screen, radiation from cell phones not only fries the brain but also affects the screens ... On the cellular phone near the screen, and look at what is happening (hint: do not stay like this for a long time ...). - Move a mobile phone to the speaker, and you will hear all kinds of interference.

The simplest solution to these problems is simply to keep the speakers off the screen, and try not to put the cell phone next to it regularly.

If you still see interference after you have removed the source of the problem, try running the DEGAUSS on your screen (this varies from screen to screen) - this acts as a sort of "risperate" to the screen and neutralizes the effects of external magnetic fields.

It is also recommended to turn the screen on and off after removing the cause of the problem, which will automatically cause DEGAUSS.

If your screen has already been damaged or the little brother has annoyed you and you want to take revenge, try to act accordingly This guide. : Silly:

(Use at your own risk ...)

THE END.

Guide: How to use Memtest 86 from A to Z

First let's start with a little background on the software:

The first version of Memtest86 + was released a little before 2004 and is now the most widely used diagnostic software in the world that many of us use to check the integrity of the memories. The software supports all the existing processors, tablets and chipsets such as SiS, Via, Intel,.

How to activate the software:

There are several ways to run the first software is through the Floopy drive and the second through the CD-ROM / burner drive.

Let's start with the steps to run the software through Floopy Drive:

Take off The Floopy version to your computer and extract the file using software such as WinRAR or WinZipלפני In which we have extracted and clicked on the install.bat file, you must prepare a diskette from a format without Bad Sectors

floppy.jpg

Click on install.bat and open the next window

cmd.jpg

Insert the formatted diskette into drive A and write A: and Enter.

cmd2.jpg

Insert the diskette we originally formatted and press Enter.

done.jpg

After Done, as in the picture, leave the diskette in the drive and make sure that Floopy is set to First Boot Device.

Then the software will start running alone, it is recommended that the software will run as 5-6 hours.(Later explained on the screens of the software)

The sequence of operations for running the software through the CD-ROM / burner drive:

Take off The ISO version to the computer and extract the file using a program such as WinRAR or WinZIP, after we extracted the file should go into the folders we extracted

iso.jpg

And click the ISO file twice after you click on the file twice Nero should open (if you use another program, you must select the ISO file manually)

nero.jpg

After Nero insert empty media into the burner and start burning with the BURN button, after the burn is complete, restart the computer and make sure that the bootable CD / ROM is set to First Boot Device.

advanced_bios_features.jpg

The software will then run alone and run as 5-6 hours.(No need to continue running the program when errors are received on the start solution later in the manual)

amd64_big.gif

If at the end of the 5-6 hours you receive such a screen means that your memory is OK! Conversely if you are getting like the following screen:

memtest.gif

That is to say that one or more memories are faulty! And have to be re-checked every time they check Lonely until you find the faulty memory and replace it.

That. What is supposed to arouse my suspicion that my hardening will get worse?

A. If Refusing to go up as usual, showing a blue screen while working, refusing to read / change files, there is a high probability that your hard drive will fail, and we will immediately explain how to verify the suspicion.

If there is a concern, even the smallest, that one or more of the hard drives on the computer are damaged, immediately back up all the information in them, in order to prevent the drive from dying and you will need to contact information recovery services.

That. If I really suspect my drive will get worse, how do I make sure?

A. First of all, if the disc creates unusual noises / ticks / clicks or you hear the plates rotate and immediately get stuck, the hardening will probably fail. If there is no unusual noise, you can scan the disc using software. One of the most popular and recommended is called MHDD (which I will expand later on), which tests the hard drives and searches for dead sectors. If there are indeed non-readable sectors, this means that the hardening will indeed fail.

Before running a hard disk scan, it is recommended that you perform chkdsk / p / r to the hard disk.

It should be noted that each manufacturer has developed specialized software that checks the correctness of its drives, and therefore, as far as possible, it is recommended to scan through it.

To download the software, continue to the software list below (2 page) or to the Styi in the software forum.

That. How do I use MHDD?

A. The software must be transferred to a diskette or to a CD, and load the software through it. (Note that the software does not read disks that are defined as Slave, so if you want to scan such a disc, you must jumper it as a master before loading the software.) After you have loaded the program, an initial menu will be displayed that provides support for SCSI. If you do not have a disk with this controller, continue without it. On the screen that opens, select the drive that is suspected as the sound and on the third screen double click on F4 to make the program start looking for another drive. Dead or ill. If the software finds such sectors, the drive is not reliable and all information about it must be backed up, and if it is still in warranty, it must be claimed from the store from which the drive was purchased.

Click to download the software

Screenshot from the software:

mhddoq9.th.jpg

The software measures how long it takes for each sector to respond, with the best condition being the lowest response time (= and located at the top of the table on the right).

Before opening a discussion about reading the results (and / or the appearance of letters and symbols in the scan area)The Official MHDD FAQ

Interpreting beeps during system failure

When the power on self test fails, the motherboard emits several beeps / sirens.

The strings vary depending on the company that created the bios, so there are a number of different interpretations depending on the board you have.

I will just note that the best way is to check if a table of such annotations is listed in the booklet supplied with your motherboard.

If you are not registered or do not have the booklet, you can use a number of sources in the network to make sure to specify these interpretations.

Note, it is very important to know in advance what bios you have on your motherboard, you can see this on the sticker on the BIOS chip on the motherboard, for example:

Windows setup system Does not recognize my SATA disk

Operating System Came out years ago and therefore its compatibility with the components of the present is deficient, it has a very large lack of drivers for SATA controllers.

The most convenient solution: There are "IDE emulation" motherboards that simulate the SATA controller as an IDE controller and save the need for an external driver.

This mode is not always set by default, so it needs to be set manually.

If you do not know if the motherboard supports the option or where it is configured, please refer to the booklet provided with the clipboard (you can also download it from the manufacturer's website).

If the SATA controller driver is required, the quick way to use it is to create a diskette (or disk-on-key) with the controller driver and integrate it during installation by pressing "F6" or "S" when prompted.

The driver can be found on the disk attached to the motherboard or on the manufacturer's website.

A more sophisticated way of avoiding this future prozidora is to integrate the driver into the disc itself.

The operation can be performed with nlite software (A guide for use can be found in the following nadav2k).

The software allows for accentuation Different, system updates and so on.

It is also recommended to combine SP2 to overcome the known limitation of 120 to drive and improve security.

Create a Windows XP installation disk \ 2000 \ 2003 with Built-in / Updates / Packs Pack

We recommend that you integrate the latest Service Pack for better support and level taller.

Links to the 2 Service Pack (2) for Windows XP

Downloaded according to the language of Windows:

The second service pack for English operating systems

The second service package for Hebrew operating systems

Note: If you do not know whether your disk already has a built-in SP2 or not, check if WIN51IP.SP2 is present on disk.

In order to perform this process you need nLite software, which can be downloaded free of charge from the following link:

http://www.nliteos.com/download.html

If you want to install a driver (for example a SATA controller), you can obtain it from the download section on your motherboard manufacturer's website.

In addition, if your board is based on a chipset of Or via then the driver to visit the sata usually comes with the driver of the watch and not as a separate download.

Before running the software

Make sure that you have a Windows XP / 2000 \ 2003 installation disc, which you can use directly from the drive or folder on your hard disk.

Publish the desired drivers from the shrink to the open folder in Hardisk (the Srebis-Pak does not need to be unpacked from the .exe file).

Handling high temperatures of computer components

Too high a temperature of electronic components can cause performance degradation, instability, crashes, and irreversible damage to the component itself.

Before you get stressed, check the temperature with reliable monitoring software (which you can find in the section) Recommended software) And 10-thin with effortless software. Your results have been posted to the forum Cooling, Where we can help you decipher the results and advise possible ways of action if necessary.

There are several ways to cool the computer parts:

Arrange the circulation (air flow) in the package

It is very important that your case be well ventilated so that the hot air can be removed and cold air from outside will be quick.

To improve the current situation you can add more fans or direct the current fans to a more useful arrangement.

A guide for arranging / directing air flow - Written by KoM (Kobi Hasson).

One of the most important things for airflow is space available, try to arrange the cables in a way that will not interfere with the flow of air and will not overload and occupy a lot of space

In the case, tie all the cables to the braids by handcuffs or isolbend and try to hold them as close as possible to the chassis chassis - Guide to rounding data cables

Proper application of thermal material

Many times when you buy a new coolant you do not always know how to apply the correct thermal material. In addition it is very desirable to refresh the paste in an old computer once every three years due to dehydration of the material and decreased performance.

HERE You can find most of the recommended methods for applying a thermal paste correctly, and choose the one that is best for you.

Clean the dust from the case

Many times, a lot of dust accumulates in critical components of the refrigerant and damages their performance.

The dust settles the operation of the ventilators, blocking the slots \ fins of the cooling elements and not allowing the wind to cool them, etc.

Go through a guide This will make your computer stronger By Avi Mansouri, to learn about correct cleaning of your computer.

Lubricating the ventilators

Each fan loses its efficiency over time, with low-cost / low-cost ventilators that are visible at a relatively early stage

In order to overcome the problem and attract a few more months with the current fans, they can lubricate their motor / axis.

בGuide to lubricating the ventilators Written by Benny Ronen (SubX) you can see in detail how to do it in the right way.

* If the above does not help to reduce the temperature it is necessary to consider the replacement of the cooling block - pay attention to the compatibility and weight of the block.

Many thanks to Milk-Inc for the guidelines.

Create a free Live CD based on WindowsPE

Sometimes we encounter a situation where it is not possible to identify whether the problem is caused by the operating system or in cases where the operating system is not available at all,

So there is a need for a secondary operating system. But instead of installing another operating system, there are several LIVE operating systems that come directly from the CDROM, load into RAM and do not require any write to the discclick here For a list (almost) full of such systems, note that most of them are Linux-based).

One of the best known LEE systems is ERD COMMANDER Eemergency Repair Disk) from Winternals which we regret due to its acquisition by Project closed.

The software in which the manual deals is called BartPE, this software is actually a builder to build a Microsoft-based operating system PE

Hebrew explanation of WinPE In the blog of Shahar Gvirtz.

Note that the software uses standard Windows installation files to create the LiveCD system, so it is important to:

* Before running the software, make sure that you have an installation disc XP Integrated ServicePack or Installed Disk server 2003

* To make sure you have SP integrated on the disc, read the README file on the disk itself or you will find a file with the extension SP1 \ SP2

* If you do not have an integrated SP, this can be easily done by the NLITE software

* Slice folder of the installation of the It will also be usable instead of the CDROM itself.

Moving on to the practical section ...

Download one of the BartPE Builder (depending on your system requirements).

BartPE The original comes with very few plug-ins and is mostly recommended for simple use, the software you will download From this link

Ultimate Boot CD BartPE is based and comes with more plugins / accessories. The software you can download From this link.

These constructors are exactly the same in structure and form of use, the main difference being the number of plugins / accessories that the software offers.

40521959sz2.th.jpg

The main screen of the software (click to enlarge)

When the software opens for the first time it will give the possibility to automatically search for installation files, I think it is unnecessary and can click NO.

On the first line you will be prompted to select the drive letter on which the installation disc or installation folder is located (if you have the same slice on your hard disk).

The second line allows you to combine files on the LIVE disk (not necessary).

On the third line you will need to select the OUTPUT folder to write the LIVE operating system files that the program will create. Note that you are only typing the name of the subfolder in the software folder and not the full path.

Select media to export:

If you select NONE, it will spread the folder directly to your selected OUTPUT

If you select ISO, it will split the folder into your chosen OUTPUT and create the ISO file in the new path you select in the appropriate box.

If you select BURN TO CD, it asks you to select the burning drive.

Choosing plug-ins and plug-ins (click to enlarge)

Clicking on the PLUGINS button will give you the option to choose which applications / accessories you want to add / download from the system.

Note that in applications that can not be "enabled", pressing the HELP button will explain how to add them relatively easily.

Adding additional, unlisted applications requires a CAB file.

Finally, pressing the BUILD button on the main screen will create the media you selected.

IMPORTANT: If for some reason the UBCD did not create an ISO file for you at the end of the BUILD process, click F5 in the main window.

If you decide to create an ISO file, you will need to burn it to disk by external software (eg NERO) as IMAGE DISC.

I bought a new crack but it does not appear under My Computer

When the Hardisk comes from the store, it is completely free of partitioning, so there is nothing to show in My Computer and in the current situation it is impossible to write about it.

What you need to do is of course create a partition / partitions on the new disk.

* If the disk is larger than 127 but is detected in Windows In this volume only, make sure to install a pack pack before creating the partition.

There are a number of best practices that manage partitions, but for simple operation such as creating a clean disk, it is enough to manage the Windows disks.

Login to manage discs:

* Right click on My Computer (note that you click on the "real" icon and not just a shortcut, if it does not appear on the desktop you can click the icon in the Start menu).

* Selecting Manage

* Storage

* disk management

Create a new partition:

* To start the disc should appear with a red sign and unknown subtitles, to make it usable, if the wizard jumped automatically Continue with it and if not jumped, press the disk and choose initialize disk (note that you are preparing the disk as "Basic" rather than "Dynamic ").

* Click the unallocated right button and select New Partition to create a new partition.

If you select a small partition from the total disk space, you will be able to create more and more partitions as desired.

dmak9.jpg

* Note that creating and deleting details is also available in Windows And in Vista, but in Vista, "Disk Manager" can also edit (increase / decrease) the volume of the partitions after they are created.

Get back! (:

Software advantages compared to the usual method

1. Easy to use software - Automatically scans the MINIDUMP folder and displays a complete list of system crashes - including time, date and exact data.

2. Indicates the files or modules that could be causing the crash.

The software works in the following operating systems:

Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Vista, 7

Activation of the software:

1. The software should be downloaded

hence (You should save the file on the desktop)

2. Run the program using the BlueScreenView.exe file

3. At the top of the window you'll see the list of crashes and the bottom of the details

The highlighted collapse in the top window.

Analysis of work results

1. The software marks the files involved in each image, and highlights pink for each collapse (1 in the image) Files that can be the cause of the crash (2 in the image) - these are the files that we need to analyze.

A brief discussion about the results

Most common causes of system crashes:

1. Hardware malfunctions

2. Driver faults

3. And their results

In case there are random resultsThis means that every time a blue screen with a different error code, or any blue screen has different files marked at the bottom of the window. This indicates a hardware fault, so you should first perform hardware tests such as: Using MEMTEST and hard disk software by MHDD software, check the swollen capacitors on the motherboard. Then check for viruses.

A result that involved only Microsoft files - Same as in the previous case - Hardware check.

The test results should be saved by right clicking at the top of the software window and then select HTML Report-All Items (see picture)

bluscreenview3.jpg

An HTML file with the results will be saved in the BlueScreeView and BlueScreeView.html software folder

This file must be compressed using one of the RAR format compression programs (according to the forum rules you can not attach HTML) and attach it to a message in the forum.
