A strange problem in the Golan, in my home there is a mobilization of To Bezeq International, and when I call him from his cell phone, the number arrives without the 0, and it's crazy if I say I missed a call and wanted to get back, he just calls that number without the 0.

I checked on other devices and worked the same way. In any other case, the numbers arrive correctly.

For me there is a similar environment to yours: a line The number is displayed correctly including the preliminary 0.

Sorry my mistake, you're right. By dialing from home (ZB) on the Golan network, the leading 0 digit is missing the prefix of the area code.

The error was due to the fact that the number is still identified as a "home" in spite of the missing 0.

I signed up for the Golan on Monday or Tuesday a week ago. By Thursday I had the SIM. I did not touch until Friday, and by the end of the week they were no longer mobile, so ..

This morning the process of mobilization began, and a little while ago it was over.

I have a full reception at home (meaning without roaming to Cellcom) and everything is wonderful.

About speed ............

Here's a speed comparison Between Orange and the Golan Heights. The two (slower) tests of Orange were yesterday. The test today is Golan.

All the tests were done from the same place (my home) and the same server (Haifa) .. Golan's absorption is on its infrastructure (ie without roaming to Cellcom).

Have phun.

updating:

I did another inspection, at night.

The galvanized speed was accepted by almost 7Mb / s download and above 2Mb / s upload!

Comparing speed Between Orange and the Golan, Take #2. I added a check in the Golan at night, note the huge difference in front of Orange!

The bottom two tests = Orange

The top two tests = Golan

And that's exactly it The advantage Golan!

It's really funny to me that both HOT and the old companies are presenting their "service offerings" as an advantage against Golan ... irony at its best.

Some people need to talk to human customer service rather than to a website Because of their disorientation and fears. For them, customer service is indeed an advantage.

Tell them that people are lying in their faces, sell them things they do not need, tell them they'll get a credit in the next account and then hang up and laugh (and of course give them nothing and hope they will not notice or have the power to go through the mask again) Phone calls for a few shekels), start charging them just like things they never asked, etc., etc ...

Nu and .... All of this can also be done through a website .

And what do you expect people who do not get along well with the Internet, do not understand the meaning of all the options on the Golan site and need a more comprehensive explanation?

Tell me there's a chance to call you on the phone and I'll find out what's the problem with me or SIM or the whole network so I know what I'm saying to support.

If so, can the number be given in details?

(Just among those around me I'm the only one I went through)

For the benefit of Golan and for the help of a member of the forum I sent you information.
