I ordered a new system, will not be Or extreme heat, the processor will be i5 8500 video card currently 660ti 16 Gigabit On the h370-based panel. 

I ordered the Arctic 12 Collar, now I stand out maybe take it instead A basic water processor, I thought of Antek's 120 Mercury in Xerium's 400c chassis. 

How is this water cooling and water cooling standards in terms of reliability? Water and electronics do not go well together, so a failure in cooling a liquid can be the destruction of the system. 

How do you clean the radiator if needed? One of my considerations in avoiding air cooling is less dealing with dust and so on.
