Hi!
I am a graduate student in social work, in a track called "Organization, Policy Management".
In the past year, I have worked in the field of community work and rehabilitation (mental health) and am currently in the process of looking for a new job.
Following the changes, I began to think about what really suited me and what I was looking for.
I have come to these conclusions and will be happy to help you think about suitable positions:
1. Work in the social field
2. Working with vulnerable populations who need help, such as: the elderly, the soul
3. Work that has a structured foundation and yet has the possibility to initiate
4. Working with a professional or multi-disciplinary team
5. A place with stability that can be advanced and developed

I am open to professional and professional development outside of social work
I'd love to hear ideas
Thanks

A field that may interest you - which is different from working with mental candidates, but which is somewhat similar in its "combined" confrontation, is the education that contains: instead of separating children who are considered "fit" in the dominant social norms ( Etc.) and children with "problems" or mental "deficiencies" - into special education frameworks, separate classes, etc. - try to educate and teach in a way that meets the students in a flexible manner with less discipline and an emphasis on mutual recognition within The group of students (and the teachers / educators / staff) is able to advance, contribute in different ways and bring about Expression of different sensitivities.

This is mainly a work done by teachers, but around this initiative we need support in different circles and layers, some of which may be suitable for social workers. In this article From a year and a half ago in The Marker, or to hear Webinar on the subject, HERE.

I can not find the phone number and the organization's website at the moment 😞
