Except for professional software and simulator pilots, I really do not understand to which wise consumer these processors are relevant. At NIS 680, the i5 gives performance equivalent to less than half the price, and along the way offers an option for a future upgrade to the 11th generation if a miracle happens

This is part of the drama in the statement about the "rise of" and "the fall of", these TechTubers also sin quite a bit in this (but their interest is understandable). I find it hard to believe that it is possible to cancel the quality of an entire series based on one (or two) products

In this review we compare the performance of the Ryzen 5 5600X against the direct local competition - in order to understand how it affects the boiling market of gaming processors per article

Accurate and accurate summary Lior.

The product is excellent, the price knocks it out because it puts it in bad competition for it.

Hopefully in a few months and when today's boiling market calms down, 5600 without X will be launched at a price of about $ 230,

Then it will be possible to get this processor for more than 1000 NIS. Then he will make relevant.

It is interesting to know if there is an improvement in user experience

Like whether the operating system goes up faster

Or faster / responsive faster than a tenth generation processor ?

Surely it is difficult to distinguish at such high speeds

Feeling in general will also satisfy my curiosity :)

At the time of writing, the i5 10400f processor is available in Israel in abundance in stock and for example ksp costs only 690 NIS.

At a price that is half the price of 5600x it provides 80 percent performance on the order of magnitude when measured with a bancometer tool, but

To our human senses we can not really feel any difference in human user experience.

Paying 50 percent for 80 percent of a product and an indistinguishable gap in the human sense gives us a clear answer and that is to purchase 10400f.

We've already talked about it and back, Intel and Swap roles. Anyone who wants to be with the newest good and advanced buys a Mercedes

(Sorry ... amd). Anyone who wants value for money buys a cheap Toyota (sorry ... Intel). Holds the premium market and Intel

Holds the value line market.

How simple and how true.

Pretty !

but.....

Small correction !

AMD could quietly hold both ends of the stick,

Both at the performance end and at the lucrative end.

But as already stated, greed, urine for the head, etc., etc. in their backs.

The purpose of business is to generate revenue and maximize profits. They have the newest and fastest generation on the market right now and the most sought after sedative.

On the other hand, remember that they have a limit on the level of production and supply of silicon available to them, to produce from it .

So in the first stage focus on the more expensive level of the market, the more profitable component, below In the range of $ 300-800.

After a few months, when the business calms down and the demand moderates, and / or on the other hand, the supply at the production level will increase and catch up with the demand,

It will also be possible to allocate silicon to the least profitable processors for the manufacturer, and to go down in the segmentation segment.

In the first stage for a $ 230 processor that will probably call 5600 without X. In the next stage 5500X for example - there will be 6 cores without HT in the price

Let's say $ 180 ... and finally go down to 5300X with 4 cores for say $ 130 and so on ...

Start from the expensive, and go down as time goes on and the demand moderates in the economy. So Pricing and business scheduling.

Whoever wants to be a socialist is fine as an approach, but who knows it, that they will not take him to run a for-profit business.

And if the socialist were an entrepreneur and set up his own company, had he run it in a socialist strategy, he would go bankrupt.

He is also right in the last post (not necessarily regarding the forecasts on future models).

Plus, you may not know how much money (that needs to be returned) was invested in the development of the new processors. Just because the model is 5600X does not mean it should cost as much as 3600X. And besides there are many other things that affect prices, for example the situation in the world today that hurts a lot of industries and may become fuller smaller in relation to demand and therefore raises the prices of raw materials / components.

Reasons for raising prices abound (floods, fires, vacations for employees ....).

You do not have to be a doctoral student in economics to know that you can also sell for less profit but more quantity,

But unfortunately, Chose the easy way (not necessarily the smart one), because the other way, would do for Intel

What Intel did to it before the Reisen era - erases it from the market (de facto).

Neither you nor I will know that none of us have the numbers.
