I am looking for a good guide preferably in Hebrew or English to install And a work environment with software like docker and drivers suitable for graphics card and pytorch.

It does not really matter. You can read about it 100 discussions, and in each of them you will be told that the ultimate system is something different. Any big and serious distribution will be good. I got used to Ubuntu because it's mainstream. So now people will come and say that she is actually Derek and there are some much better ones. Okay.

In short there is not too much to read about installing a distribution . Go to her website. Take it off. Create a Bootable DOK using Rufus, boot your computer from this device, and install. You probably won’t be required to mess with graphics card drives, not in big, new distributions.

For everything else, just look for guides as needed. There's really nothing to say ...

There are a large number of posts on the subject in the medium, for example:

https://medium.com/analytics-vidhya/setting-up-a-deep-learning-system-with-ubuntu-nvidia-gpu-docker-and-tensorflow-c1be8844e49c

VDA is also possible in Windows 10. There is an Anaconda, Docker and WSL that will soon receive direct GPU support :

It still exists only in the MS developer channel, and only for NVIDIA.

By running a specific DOCKER container of Within WSL.

Try to follow the instructions in the link, not from my experience.
