There is no internet on the phone in data browsing, but there is internet on the computer running on a browsing point from the phone [resolved]

Recommended Posts

Hello, Recently my phone (galaxy s8 plus) is starting to have problems with internet connection via data surfing, even though it is registered that I am connected to 4g no On the phone, but if I turn the phone off and on, the internet works for a few minutes before it stops working.
Despite all this, when I connect For a surfing point from the phone, there is an internet connection on the computer and it is surfing just fine (and yet the internet is not working on the phone).
I do not have easy availability to take the phone for repair so I want to check first if I have an option to fix it.
Thank you!

You may have some kind of app that runs a profile VPN  Or something in style or something that changes theprivate dns,Do not know if something is legitimate or related to some security system or another or blocks advertisements. This could explain why it is only blocked after a few minutes but not through a computer (Hotspot Does not convey things through thevpn And so on). Go to settings and from there to connections. From connections you will enter additional connection settings - from there you will enter settings vpn And see if there is any profile there that has installed any software. If there is then it is worthwhile to figure out which software is installed and delete. However, you will also see a window back todns  Private and you will see if it is set to Off (or if you have set something with incorrect information). Anyway if you do not find anything then it is possible to reset network settings only. In settings you have the top option to search for a setting - write reset or reset And look for a setting called Reset Network Settings. It can fix and only indicates that it will disconnect your Bluetooth devices and also reset the passwords of theWireless. Then you may need to set theapn re. Go to connections and from there to cellular communication networks - go to network operators and make an automatic selection. Then you have a screen back to the names of access points and you should have 2 settings defined on theyes. If not then you can search for the updated settings or some of the operators There is a phone number  Who send him the word ota And it works out. Successfully.
