As I opened the door, cables fell out of the case.

I tried to arrange but I do not understand it.

At the end after half an hour of struggling with the door, I put the case on the side and with some force activation I was able to close.

Could it cause damage that they are arranged that way?

Edit: Is there a situation where the fans are working at maximum rate? The computer is about 10 times noisier than the older computer when it is at rest. It's just unbearable.

There is definitely a situation.

If the fans are directly connected to a power supply power cord,

So they work on the max all the time.

If they are connected to a motherboard, then it is possible to control the speed from the BIOS.

Through some software you can see their speed. For example AIDA64.

Here is my at rest:

This is provided that the fans are connected to the motherboard.

Did not appear to have been at all.

And I'm pretty surprised about that.

Usually, every KSP computer I came across was sampled

In terms of assembly.

Also of Others.

I looked at the BIOS. I came across two strange things (I currently do not have the option to upload a photo):

1. The fan appears on 100%

2. Memories are far below their limit.

these Of 3000 MHz while the rest of the components are supposed to limit to 2666.

For some reason in the BIOS something appears in the region of only 2100.

It's diplomatic. Always must enable XMP or DOCP in BIOS.

mozar. On a TMS computer it was not like that (was Of gigabyte).

Is there a guide on how to operate it?

if I Backup to the computer right now before the update (I have already done some things) and in the future increase the backup, will the BIOS settings return to 2100?

You get confused.

Material backup does not affect BIOS settings.

Indeed, in the motherboard it is possible to save a number of different BIOS settings for different needs,

Then change them simply by loading them from the memory of the settings.

And you did not answer why the fans are connected.
