Severe light leakage on the screen of a new laptop - Zephyrus G15 - Will they agree to replace my computer?

Recommended Posts

Peace,

I got a new computer model Zephyrus G15 and the screen has a light leak when the background is black.

I could not upload the pictures so I'm attaching a link - Screen

Is this a "normal" leak or do I need to have my computer replaced?

If so, I have 2 options, send to KSP's lab or Who is better?

Thanks,

gift

This is real ?

Terrible !

Start with KSP, if no more than two weeks have passed.

By the way, as a lesson for the future ....

מחשב You should always open a store and run it on the spot

Precisely for such mishaps.

Thanks.

KSP said they should put the computer in the lab to check.

Asus said they were ready to pick up the computer with a courier and opened RMA.

This is the second computer, the first was replaced due to a cosmetic defect (I made the purchase on 21.3, I received the new computer yesterday)

The leakage is mostly at 3 points up.

At first I thought you might be petty,

Because on any screen There is one leak or another.

But according to the photos, it's a whole lot a lot

Beyond the acceptable.

KSP are only recognized, and the real address are .

But, in the range of captives, you have the right to return the product to the store, so the store must pay its bill -

Lose a customer or mess with the importer.

I wonder how it will end ...

I really wanted to know if I was petty or if it made sense.

The problem is that I actually bought the computer on March 21st, but 3 and a half weeks have passed since then.

It took a week and a half until the shipment arrived, and another 3 days because they replaced me with a new computer.

They are not willing to replace without putting it in the lab, both KSP and , What do you think about this?

I also added a video:

No need for a video, the pictures spoke for themselves.

There is certainly a serious leakage, far beyond reasonable.

Well, it does not really matter who will take care, the main thing is that they will take care.

It's not what In shekel and ninety ....

So I was at KSP today, I could not recover the problem because the store was completely lit.

He recommended that I send the computer to And said that if they approve a replacement then there is no problem getting a new computer or getting the money back.

The question is will they approve a replacement?

I emphasize that the leakage is at 3 points at the top of your screen.

All you see below is because of the photography and not the screen itself.

You do not have to replace the whole computer.

You can only replace the screen.

But again, what and if at all will be replaced - will only be determined .

There is no point in guessing and looking for answers that no one can give.
