Problem on laptop

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to find a solution to a computer problem That does not charge (impression not bootable device) but as soon as I remove the battery and return it it rises as usual.

But after it rises normally and I restart again it does not rise and once again I disconnect the battery and return and it rises as usual.

I set up in the BIOS to go up through the hard disk and the problem is still not resolved.

I checked that nothing is connected to the computer (in the USB inputs) I even turned it on when it was connected to the charger and without a charger.

computer- latitude e7440

I would appreciate if anyone could help

Thank you

I ran a test and it gives me the impression that the battery is about to reach the end of its life. it's connected?

If I plug the computer in it will not do this problem.

And another question is there a situation that it somehow affects the hard disk?
