ssd not detected on new laptop

Hey,

I bought a laptop with no .

When I tried to install 10, the computer did not detect the drives on which the windows can be installed (no signed device drivers were found. Make sure the installation media contains the correct drivers)

Even when I checked through the diskpart it found no drives other than USB with the installation of Windows.

I also tried to run chkdsk / f / r and got the following message:

the type of the file system is NTFS. Cannot lock current drive. cannot run disk checking on this volume because it is write protected.

Even in the BIOS the SSD does not appear in the boot menu. It only appears in information.

Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

11th generation processor?

Download RST driver

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30314/Intel-Rapid-Storage-Technology-Driver-Installation-Software-with-Intel-Optane-Memory-10th-and-11th-Gen-Platforms-

Deploy the ZIP to USB installation

In the Select where to install window, select LOAD DRIVER and the folder to which you have deployed the driver

I ran into the same problem.

Allow a brief explanation How do I make from the bristle USB installation?

It's actually two stages.

1.

You download the zip file from the link.

Slice / extract it.

The file you sliced Copies to USB drive עם To install.

When the message that a drive is not found pops up, click on the image above and you will be directed to the file you copied from the link.

Successfully.

HERE I saw two options how to overcome the problem in Asus computers

A. By a driver, which I also tried with the driver they are referring to, and yet the computer does not recognize a signal.

B. By disabling VMD technology in the processor.

I do not know if this is worthwhile, and there is also a stern warning before doing so ... so I'm afraid.

what do you say?
