In Ivory: Two MacBook Airs with exactly the same specs, but 2 product pages, with 2 different part numbers

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone

If you go to the Ivory website, and take a look at MacBook Air M1, In the basic version:
RAM = 8GB
SSD = 256GB
And silver color (normal, not space)

You will get 2 results:

First:
https://www.ivory.co.il/catalog.php?id=36310

the second:
https://www.ivory.co.il/catalog.php?id=38931

If the specifications are exceeded, the two products are the same,
The only thing that differs between these two product pages is the part number:
In one the part number starts withMGN, And in both it begins withZ.

So the question arises, why did Ivory create two product pages, with two different part numbers?
(By the way, this phenomenon happens with both MacBook Pro, and other versions of more Or more SSD)

When I tried to call Ivory and get an answer, they could not answer.
They only told me that "the products are the same".
This part is clear to me, I know there will be no difference in the product,
But is it a different importer? Anything else different?

incidentally,
An interesting phenomenon is that the product whose part number starts with MGN, seems more in demand, because it runs out in almost all branches.
On the other hand, the product whose part number starts with Z, is actually available in a few more branches.
(So fewer people prefer to buy it?)

Hope there is someone here who might know the answer.

Thank you
