Unable to browse PC through the TURBO VPN software I downloaded

Hello everyone,

I downloaded TURBO VPN software to a laptop (WINDOWS 10). Although the software is installed and enabled browsing is still not a way The VPN. When I click on the network icon in the connections, it tells me that Windows protection requires a username and password, even though I do not have a password when entering the computer. On mobile the software works automatically. Does the computer need to perform any further operation or setup?
