Peace

I'm building a new computer for gaming and development, right now the processor I'll go for is the I7-12700K and the memories it DDR5 5200 board I'm looking for something nice and good, I saw the options

I saw the following boards and I do not know how to decide between them (all of Asus)
Motherboard ASUS PREMIUM Z690-A LGA1700 Z690 DDR5
Motherboard ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-F GAMING WIFI LGA1700 Z690 DDR5 Right now the most interesting on the list
Motherboard ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z690 HERO LGA1700 Z690 DDR5
Motherboard ASUS ROG MAXIMUS APEX LGA1700 DDR5
Motherboard ASUS ROG MAXIMUS FORMULA LGA1700 DDR5

Is there any recommendation? There is no real budget limit, yes USB type c is important and of course slots for SSD NVME two if possible and space for one Sata,

The video card is external (i.e. will wear on the board)

Thank you
