Mobile WiFi - connected without internet, computers do work

Recommended Posts

Galaxy A-52
I only surf through "mobile data"
When surfing via WiFi the result is "Connected without internet"
The computers do work on it Via WiFi

I contacted the technical support of the internet provider and no solution was found, I turned to the technical support of (Sunny) and no solution was found.

I did - reset , "Forgot", operating in safe mode, and none of this helped.
So I downloaded a test tool from Which checks the hardware and the result was normal.

I have another old device , In which sometimes I manage to surf and sometimes get the same result "connected without internet" (as stated while at the same time I surf on computers on this network).

On my device the Galaxy S52 only when I tried to connect and surf another network when I was somewhere else, and it worked properly.

what could be the problem? How can this be solved?
Maybe it's a router glitch? This is why computers do work, and the other cell phone sometimes does.

I will add that in the past it did work for me on this device (on the Galaxy)

- Check the IP of the device (which does not start at 169.254)

- Reset the router to factory settings (if you have not tried it already)

Check on mobile?

How do you find the IP there?

I think a router reset was done (Partner's technical support representative did remotely), if that's what you mean.

And it did not help

I have a d-link router N600 (was once a , Is currently private)
