The noise in a laptop

Peace,

I recently purchased a laptop from ,

And there's something a little strange to me,

I use it mainly for work (editing And post-production) and it does the job perfectly.

I recently tried to play it a bit (FAR CRY 5) and there is an incomprehensible section,

The first few times he made a terrible noise! Really loud noise from the fans at a level that my wife could not watch a movie on another computer 7 meters away from me ..

Then, the day after, in the same game nothing. Quiet as a fish.

And since then there are times he is terribly noisy and times he is quiet and silent. It plays the same tasks.

Even in the after effect it is sometimes a bit noisy But at a most tolerable level And relatively rarely.

What's more it makes sense that sometimes in multi-effect work it is more strenuous.

But in a game what can there be?

Second question, is it harmful to the computer that the fans are running at full power like this? Should it be stopped in such a case?

Intel processor i7-11800H

כרטיס 3060

Thank you,

Another option - performance settings - is in the software Lenovo Setting the fan mode -

Balanced, maximum and quiet.

It could be that in gaming it automatically switches to "performance" .....

Thanks,

Not knowing this feature in Lenovo, I also discovered that there is an abbreviation: FN and Q each key moves to the next mode. Quiet, balanced and maximum performance.

It was on maximum, and probably when it is maximum on all pips it exerts full power. I moved to balanced and got along.

Thank you, you helped me a lot.
