For some reason it happens to me on the computer (usually a laptop) that I try to share the screen so it "refuses" and stays stuck on the desktop. If I try to project a presentation then it only projects it if I press F5. Otherwise it gets stuck on Desktop.Even when I try to share a Word file even then it refuses.Do you know what the reason is?
