One of the known problems of any overclocker, moderator, or anyone else whose arrangement is important is to arrange the cables in the package. It is sometimes irritating to think that we have invested in a new high-quality power supply just to get a larger cable entanglement in the package. This was a problem that requires a solution that was not always available.
But as we know sometimes there are ideas so ingenious and so simple that we do not understand how they have not been thought of so far - and such is also Antec's idea for solving the problem. 3DGameMan has reviewed the Antec Modular True Power provider, which combines a new (and simple) solution to an old and complex problem. Antek's idea is based on the approach that you, the users, are not always satisfied with the amount of cables in the package and their arrangement. Therefore, they supply the cables in the new supplier separately from the supplier itself and allow you to connect and disconnect which power cables you want. The new option allows you to disconnect cables you do not need, connect additional Molex ports to existing cables, and in the big picture make the cable entanglement much less of a problem. In addition, you of course get an excellent 550W power supply made by Antec.
